The first lesson I've learnt during my 8+ years of experience as a designer is that designing digital products and services requires to establish first of all an empathic connection with the users, being them the main focus of any project. That's why I constantly advocate for the user to guarantee their needs are met throughout the end-to-end design process. I use a variety of tools that allow me to build on continuous learning and design iteration based on data and analytics, and the main ones are: qualitative/quantitative research, rapid prototyping techniques and usability testing sessions.
Another crucial part of my work is effective communication with my team and stakeholders: I always share findings, insights from usability experiments and UX/UI design ideas ranging from simple notes over Slack to exhaustive documentation, depending on the case. Often times I also plan and facilitate Agile-driven UX workshops for co-creation sessions or discovery phases.
In my spare time you can find me reading (a lot), drawing, painting, eating (not only in my spare time), watching movies or architecture documentaries. Take also a look at my illustrations!
